Copyright & Infringement Notice
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
Copyright Protection Policy
KingTV.ca respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and takes legitimate reports of alleged copyright infringement seriously.
KingTV.ca operates as an online retailer of IPTV subscription access and related customer services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, KingTV.ca does not own, operate or control the underlying third-party IPTV servers, television networks, streaming platforms or programming supplied through independent IPTV services.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material appearing directly on KingTV.ca infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to us for review.
If your complaint concerns programming or material controlled exclusively by an independent IPTV service provider rather than content hosted or controlled by KingTV.ca, please identify the material and provider as clearly as possible so that we can review what action, if any, is reasonably available to us.
How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice
To help us properly identify and review your complaint, please provide clear and complete information.
1. Your Contact Information
Please provide:
- Your full name
- Your organization or company name, if applicable
- Your mailing address
- Your email address
- Your telephone number, if available
If you are acting on behalf of a copyright owner, please identify the copyright owner you represent.
2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work
Clearly identify the copyrighted work or other subject matter that you believe has been infringed.
If your notice concerns multiple works, provide enough information for us to reasonably identify each work involved.
3. Your Rights or Authority
Explain your interest or rights in the copyrighted work.
If you are submitting the notice as an authorized representative, identify the copyright owner and your authority to act on their behalf.
4. Location of the Material
Identify where the allegedly infringing material can be found.
Where applicable, provide:
- The exact KingTV.ca URL
- Page title
- Description of the material
- Relevant content or service name
- Other information reasonably necessary to locate the material
Please be as specific as possible. A general reference to the KingTV.ca website may not provide enough information for us to identify the material in question.
5. Description of the Alleged Infringement
Describe the activity or material you believe infringes your copyright and explain the basis for your claim.
Where relevant, include the date and time associated with the alleged infringement.
6. Supporting Information
Include any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.
Do not send passwords, banking credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Providing complete and accurate information will help us review your notice efficiently.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a copyright infringement notice, KingTV.ca may:
1. Review the notice for sufficient identifying information.
2. Determine whether the material identified in the notice appears directly on KingTV.ca or relates to an independent third-party service.
3. Request additional information where reasonably necessary to understand or identify the complaint.
4. Investigate the material or activity within our reasonable control.
5. Remove or restrict access to material controlled by KingTV.ca where appropriate.
6. Contact an applicable service provider or other party where appropriate and reasonably available.
7. Take other action that may be appropriate under applicable law.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee that particular content, a subscription, an account or a third-party service will automatically be removed or disabled.
Each legitimate complaint will be reviewed based on the information provided and the circumstances involved.
Third-Party IPTV Content
KingTV.ca does not claim ownership of third-party television channels, broadcasts, movies, series, sporting events or other independently owned programming merely because such programming may be referenced in connection with an IPTV subscription.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the underlying IPTV services and programming are supplied through independent third-party service providers.
KingTV.ca may not have direct technical control over content hosted, transmitted or maintained exclusively by an independent provider.
Where a copyright complaint concerns material outside KingTV.ca's direct control, we may provide available information about the appropriate contact or take other reasonable action where appropriate.
Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property
This reporting process may also be used to bring legitimate concerns about intellectual property appearing directly on KingTV.ca to our attention.
Third-party trademarks, logos, channel names, application names, product names and other identifying marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance or reference on KingTV.ca for identification, compatibility or descriptive purposes does not by itself imply ownership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
False or Misleading Notices
Please ensure that the information contained in your notice is accurate and that you have a legitimate basis for submitting the complaint.
Do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading or abusive copyright complaints.
If you are uncertain about your copyright rights or whether particular activity constitutes infringement, consider obtaining advice from a qualified legal professional before submitting a notice.
Responses and Disputes
If KingTV.ca removes or restricts material under our control as a result of a copyright complaint, the affected party may contact us if they believe the action was taken because of an error or misidentification.
Any response should clearly identify:
- The affected material
- The original complaint or reference, if available
- Why the person believes the action was taken in error
- Relevant supporting information
- Contact information
KingTV.ca may review the response and take further action where appropriate.
This process does not replace any rights, procedures or remedies available under applicable law.
